1. What size art do you accept?   We're mostly looking for smaller works though want larger works as well. The size of your art, and the number of your pieces will depend on how many artists are sharing gallery space for the show. Generally, at least 4-5 pieces are desired, and no more than 8-10.
  2. I have all of my images mounted on museum board and wrapped in polybags .  Should I frame the images that will be displayed?  We want at least two of your artworks framed . We encourage artists not to tie up much in the framing, though to at least use archival standards for matting and framing. The frame itself, though, is where artist's costs run up. Unless you want the buyer to have the option to buy the piece without the frame, we discourage expensive or ornate frames. We have a gallery discount at a high quality and reasonably priced framer, by the way. If you would like the referral, just ask!
  3. Should I deliver additional work along with the artwork or wait to see if the work hanging sells first?  The best answer would be to frame a few pieces - your preference - and then bring in others (preferably with your own bin, but not required) so people can buy your unframed pieces as well. If you have matted, unframed work that is wrapped, you can bring as many as fit in a bin.
  4. I can drop them off whenever you wantHow soon would you like it?  Your one-page contract summary will include drop off and pick up dates.
  5. Should I bring the contract in with the work, or do I need to deliver it first?  Please get this to us as soon as possible (or by the deadline stated on your contract / web site, along with your inventory so that we can begin planning the layout of the space.
